A report from Maiduguri, Borno State, says a retired general and one of the heroes of Nigeria’s Civil War, General Mohammed Mamman Shuwa, has been killed. General Shuwa was shot dead this afternoon in his house at Mamman Shuwa Street, Gwange area of Maiduguri. The group of gun men did not take anything from the house.The killing came less than 24 hours after the Boko Haram announced a ceasefire, the group has said that it will stop all forms of attacks if all its members in custody of security agencies are released unconditionally. The same thing that is happening there is gradually and inevitably encroaching down south.Unless of course southerners quickly realise that they are in big sh-it by letting animals in human skin rule them,get rid of them and turn things around fast.
