Billyonaire: I am a bit disappointed as there was nothing on 100% subsidy removal. I want subsidy out so private refineries can come on stream.

Well he said he was quoted out of context and that provision was made for subsidy in the 2013 budget.

The only time it seemed he was going to talk about result, he eventually told the journalist to "go and investigate".

What a big shame.

Martins Oloja of Guardian Newspaper is the ONLY INTELLIGENT ONE amongst the 5 Nigerians involved in Tonight's soap opera called 'presidential media chat' produced by Ebele Jonathan. Nigerian Journalists should follow Oloja's courageous template and I still insist tonight's show is GEJ'S best ever, more composed, assured and calm. My only worry is that he believes his own LIES.

Re: Presidential Media Chat On 18th November 2012 by solomonkane(m): 9:14pm On Nov 18, 2012
So Abati and co lied about:

1.Patience's health

2. The negotiations with Boko Haram

http://www.informationnigeria.org/2012/11/boko-haramfg-i-can-confirm-to-you-that-talks-are-ongoing-at-the-background-reuben-abati.html

3. The Manitoba Contract

http://www.businessdayonline.com/NG/index.php/news/76-hot-topic/47612-fg-terminates-manitoba-hydro-power-contract

On the chat itself, it was a far better performance than the last fiasco, my summary however reads:

It was but a walking shadow, poorly played
Strutting and fretting hours upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it was a tale
Told by a funny man, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

Paraphrased from William Shakespeare's MACBETH
