For some people, except one of the subsidy buses is used to KNOCK THEM DOWN, they will not believe. The SURE-P buses (feederal mass assisted transit) were only about 750 in number. Divide 750 by 37 (36 states plus FCT) and you get less than 15. If you throw 15 buses into some big cities it may be difficult to see them except you go out SPECIFICALLY to look for them. It is easy to spot those in Enugu because i looked out for it and Enugu is a small city. Anyway, this explanation will not stop doubting Thomases(some of who dont believe the current father is their real father) from doubting and PATHOLOGICAL cynicism.
