Retardeen went for excursion at Police College come mean wetin?

He would go there, Make fancy statements about how deplorable the situation is and accuse previous leaders of neglect

3 days later he would set up a committee to look into the decay

After 2yrs they submit the report , He now sets up another committee to verify the submission of the previous commitee

they would allocate billions for the renovation, The contractor would carry 2 lorry of sand and the newspaper would celebrate as fresh air.

2 more yrs nothing would have been done.

They would now document the findings and pass it to the next regime for execution

on this same nairaland not long ago, preople crucified Jonathan because of the state of the police college. On this same nairaland people are crucifying Jonathan for inspecting the place to see how true the allegations of neglect are.
You can never satisfy the average Nigerian, what a pity.
Nigerians are really a sad people indeed.

Reminds me of 1990 when Admiral Aikhomu visited General Hospital Marina and declared that it was a "glorified clinic" (no drugs, the ceiling was caving in, etc).

President inspector!
That is all you know how to do, inspecting here and there ... Clueless dimwit!
Jonathan, fu...ck you!!

You must be a clown for saying that. Read up Eccl 10:20 and repent of your folly. This also goes to all whose specialty is to insult the president.

Omojuo: All responsible agencies include maintainance of their institutions, renovations, etc in their yearly budget.
Where issues that were not covered in the budget become expedient, the head of such organization make arrangement to address such issues.
Training institutions in the security sector is fundamental to the success of any outfit.
As a responsible IGP, you must take these colleges seriously, if you have the dream of grooming responsible officers.
The deplorable state of the police college Ikeja is an indictment on the IGP. He doesn't qualify to be there. He has been feeding fat on police fund.
Last year, over 900billion was budgeted for security, how did the police use theirs? THE IG HAS QUESTIONS TO ANSWER. OR WAS HE EXPECTING PRIVATE SECTOR TO TAKE OVER POLICE?
Well, we thank God that GEJ has visited, we will see changes. But Nigerians shouldn't lose sight of the mismanagement in the police force. Something has to be done to change Abubakars attitude.
I wouldn't really blame the present IGP Abubakar, the rot had set in decades earlier even down to their barracks. Let's not forget though that money is released on a yearly basis for maintenance and others but the police leaderships prefer to silence the monies...

The presidential media made the police college news popular in the first place!!

Let's start with Nairaland and make another decay in government popular and see whether GEJ will reply.

Please who is in Nigeria? Let us do something. Let us protest!!!

We want what we want! This government is cheating us. Over a week ago, they told us a power plant will begin operation within a week. The power plant hasn't started generating even pollution talk less of mega wattts!!

Re: Jonathan In Lagos. Inspects Police College. by Mowire: 6:30pm On Jan 18, 2013
1st action that has impressed me. I gues Mr. President does watch Channels tv. Any sane ruler would embarassed by the report Channels is running on that college. Doing a personal assessment is commendable in his case. More commendable will be immediate action on renovation & improvement. No commitee please.

You call those PAY-AS-YOU-GO critics "average Nigerians"? They are not average Nigerians but few persons who are PAID to criticise and those who criticise because their party or tribesman is not in power.

LIAR! This is how ignoramuses spew rubbish on this forum.

After the president visited the stadium, immediate clean up of the stadium and environment was done. That was followed by relocation of the minister to the stadium and now complete re-surfacing of the pitch and rehabilitation of other parts of the stadium, which commenced this January.

Shame on all LIARS!

executinal: If is true then GEJ is the man to count on

Shouldn't we wait until he actually does something (like fix the place up) before congratulating him?
After he 'see's' the place today, the officers are still going to be sleeping on rocks tonight.

God bless you
I just can't understand the bitterness
Nigeria is our country, any improvement especially after years of successive mismanagement should be encouraged.
It is not all about who sit there.

You are one of those who talk without using their brains. So he should have visited the college like he goes there to see his son, or what would have taken him there before? You are just too sick to make a sensible posting.

The leaders cant be everywhere at the.same time. lets expose such decays.
