Thermocool advert was done by the great Hugh Quarshie (who also did several plays for the BBC). UBA advert was by the late Tony St Iyke. He acted as Okonkwo is Second Chance. He also acted in a comedy show in which he and some other guys lived in a flat. His catch phrase was "a guy is gonna do what a guy's gonna do". 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Those periods when TV stations open by 4pm and close 12pm. Even baba Nancy who first bought a VHS vidoe player then send us away by saying video will start by 4pm. Dad had to buy one and a video sender to displace his bigmaness!! Old times indeed! |
