My favourite drinks back then were Green Sands Shandy and Provita canned drink. The we had Olu Jacobs in that wonderful Ribena commercial: "Ribena Children are healthy children". This was 1981/1982.

Then we had the NASCO Wafers that hit us in 1989 that drove all the kids in my neighbourhood on a stealing spree..pilfering their parent's ten kobo coins, 50kobo/one naira notes so as buy these wafers.

"Nasco wafers so good, you can't stop eating them.." And then of course I had my Trebor Luckies. Where did my childhood go? Disappeared so quick.
