If the pace of road construction/rehabilitation/repairs in the last year or so, that has outpaced work at any time in the last 15 years or so, continues (as well as the Reforms in the Administration of roads Construction, Funding and Repairs that are been developed), our road system would have taken a surer path to full recovery and sustainability in a long time.
