Video proof that result sheets were not provided in ward 9, Brass LGA, Bayelsa state on the March 23, 2013 elections. Hence the elections in the said ward were cancelled. But funny enough, the Bayelsa State INEC chairman is announcing that PDP swept all units. How can he announce results when there were no result sheets? First video proof of the series....
