Well you can get that done for around $11+ use 1and1.com to reg a domain for $1+ and use namecheap.com to get hosting for $9+

Hope that helps... but note that this is only a first year. Be ready to pay fully by coming year.

Such thing has never happened to me before, on any of those 2 websites for the past 10 years I have being patronizing them. Well, I don't know how you came about such things.

Well, you can chose by yourself, No one could recommend any good registrar to you, unless you try and see by yourself. But in my opinion, the best registrars so far are Godaddy.com, namecheap.com, and etc.
