Just sad I have to format the phone, have so much on it.

You didn't have to loose your personal data. You could have copied your files to your SD card before wiping the phone

Please all I don't know if this has been discuss but I brought glo sim for my z10 but the network is terrible... not consistent at all...
Pls is der a more friendly option, e.g will that Airtel 2gb work on it cause once this is done I would not be renewing my glo

There's no best mtn plan for BlackBerry 10 devices. If you choose to stay with mtn for your BlackBerry 10 data plan, then you will continue paying more for data.

Please how do I get my contact from my old BlackBerry to my q5, I tired using BlackBerry link but dint c options I culd do dt, n frm d phone it said I shld use wifi. Cos d old fone has gon solo already bt d contacts wer backed at BlackBerry protect, is d any option I culd by pass d wifi or just BlackBerry link to get dem back cos I culd not c it

If the 1+1 offer is available just subscribe using the recommended short code like you would on any other device

you've answered your own Qs . I was once a z10 user with issues and twasnt even stl100-1.installed one leak that stopped it from charging and being recognised by most laptops. meanwhile ordered my z3 today

hello guys and ladies in da house pls i need y'all response on this: i wanna order for my Q5 by september from jumia but i just checked the bb10 plan of mtn etisalat airtel n glo n i found ouut that the data they giive to bb10 users is way too small than that which they provide to non bb10 devices.... My question now is like me now that enjoys 3gig with etisalat on my bb bold 5 with 1k n i can download a whole lotta things with it, what will now become of me when i get the q5 how long can the data they offer last cos their price is way too expensive n if i say lemmi go for that which cost only 1k per month i found out that the data u will get is not even up to half of what i do get from ma bold5 or is their any network with cheap data plan for bb10 phones that gives like 1gig for a months?? also i wanna know the plans you guys do use cos i cant pay 3k every month just for subscription! Thank you
