i woke up, switched my z10 on as usual only to find it stuck on the loading page after it writes blackberry where it shows how many percent it has loaded (not showing percentage anymore). i left it the whole day, no change
so, i connect it to my blackberry link and try to reload the os, i left it at 37% and went to sleep, woke up and oh no! my pc had shut down meaning interrupted reload
i try to do the reload again but it now says "there are no blackberry device software update available " .
i tried web update but it doesnt show my pin
what do i do?

its 100percent working, you need to on your wifi when the phone you want to connect with has click on create a group, then your wifi network will detect some funny letter like (ASDFcVGF) and after conected to that, then open your sender and click on join then it will connect.....its more advisable to us sender than flash share

Hello guys, I was able 2 update my OS which was pushed to my notification without using a WIFI. The OS dat came with my Q10 was 10.2.1.2102 or so am not sure anyways but I was able 2 upgrade to 10.2.1.2179 I know dats not d latest but dats d version dat was pushed to my phone.
All I did, from settings-software updates & from dia I upgraded without wifi

@walcom & odas I discovered dat ever since I upgraded 2 days ago my Q10 gets hot when using it 2 browse, what can I do 2 stop this & pls is d ba3 still. Working well? I fear 4 d ba3 ever since d phone starts getting hot!

Another update should be pushed to your phone soon. Current official is 10.2.1.2977. Although there's a recent one that's yet to show up in Nigeria

Hopefully the update should address the battery issue your experiencing
