See if you can download
10.3.2.859 radio load it to your device and see if it fix


NB get a backup of your current radio file first
So if anything goes wrong you load it back

And phone reboots

To tell you the truth I dont know anything about autoloaders and the rest,please I will need a full explanation on how to go about the whole process,d backup of d radio file and the installation of the new one because I am a novice in all issues like this. Recently I've been experiencing issues with the BBM of my BlackBerry z3. Most times, whenever I have a BBM message and I try to access it via the BlackBerry Hub, the screen becomes blank like black, till I go to BBM menu before I can read the message, please how can I solve this issue, i'm still on 10.2.1.3054.

Have you tried hard reset? May i also suggest you upgrade your OS and see if it solves the problem.

So long as you're on 10.3.2.xxxx, what you want is for anyone who steals your to wipe it or change out your Sim, then the person will have to supply your BBID and password!

If they can't the device will be useless to them and if they keep it on, you will always be able to track it
