Good morning good people,
Recently I've been experiencing issues with the BBM of my BlackBerry z3. Most times, whenever I have a BBM message and I try to access it via the BlackBerry Hub, the screen becomes blank like black, till I go to BBM menu before I can read the message, please how can I solve this issue, i'm still on 10.2.1.3054.

If you're still on 10.2.1, there's only one advise for you, upgrade your OS

I just got this Q10 and it was on an OS of 10.2.1 or thereabout so I decided to upgrade it since some apps were not running so I upgraded it 10.3.2 but since then my battery drains faster than before the upgrade. The most worrying problem is that I'm using the Glo #1000-3gb BlackBerry package but it drains like bore_hole water. I used the first sub for 9 days. The second one is now halfway exhausted just 8 days in. Note: cos of this I stopped visiting instagram and even visit twitter seldomly. Pls, help me. Thanks.

Bros na God hold your matter now ooh. You'll need a very good engineer to help you fix it and this will serve a warning to all of us here that are not taking precautions while dealing with our phones.

Please ensure that your phone is fully charged and always plugged while doing the update.

Get a pc with Internet connection, download BlackBerry link, install it on the pc and connect your BlackBerry to the pc.

BlackBerry link will detect your device and prompt you to reinstall your OS

Crucial: stable and decently fast Internet connection

Pls guys I just have two problems with my z 10. First the battery doesn't last well. I even changed the battery and bought a 'so called' original battery for 4k, and this one is even the worse.
Secondly it hangs. Its doesn't just work as it used to. What's the likely cause? And solutions..

P.s am on the latest o.s.

Have you tried hard reset? May i also suggest you upgrade your OS and see if it solves the problem.

the truth is Blackberry 10 isnt for every tom, dick and harry, it's a technical device, so nt everyone is cut out for bb10.......av been using mine for over a year, I use a z30 and on the latest os 10.3.2, and av neva encounter any issue wit my fone. anoda problem with bb10 is dat some of the user buy used fones, it possible that they bought defective device, so I beg to disagree with your theory of "Everybody is dumping blackberry"

I love all ur mumu loyalty esp walcolm,dat nigga na die hard fan of bb 10,i fact he made me buy the q5 and q10 but i regret am,truth its not for every tom dick and harry,its meant for the blind and thos are prefered to be caged!! You definitely don't know me....i'm a fan of the BlackBerry concept not just the OS. I have been using BlackBerry, iOS and android for many years. Enough time to compare them dispassionately

Pound for pound BlackBerry 10 is the best mobile OS and if Steve jobs or Google had been the owners, they would have killed off iOS and android OS in exchange for this OS and the story of the mobile world would be so much different

I, just like everybody who truly understand the OS hate the inability of the company to market and position the OS properly to get app developers on board. The company left the turn around too late and the world moved on
