I am amused at claims of rapid conversion when I know that these converts are usually the down-and-outs of society who're already prone to violence. The Bible is so complete,it shows us pre-Jesus era,gave us what we shld be expecting during the time when Jesus our saviour will come-nothing that will happen in the NT to Jesus that did not happen as a shadow in the OT.
The Bible is a miracle,written by over 30 ppl inspired by God in different locations,over a period spanning more than 2000years,yet their is consistenc in their work despite the fact that they did not collaborate-such a miracle.
For instance,one difference between the Bible n the quran is the story of ishmael and Isaac.

I can bring PROOF that your Quran gave 3 different accounts on who was the first muslim. It wasn't even sure who was the first. The Bible never claimed all prophets were Jews or Christians mate. For example, Abraham wasn't a Jew, there were no Jewish people at his time. But Moses, Joshua, Isaiah, Elijah, David and even Jesus were Jews.
