Nobody Have Power To Sack LG Chairman By Musiwa

I watch amachie video, no matter the reason. There is an interest case in canada at the moment. Only the people of the local govt have the power to sack a local government chairman. the only other person that has a power to sack an elected officer is a Judge of a court.


Two people that have power to remove LG chairman

1. Judge
2. People in the local govt.

it is possible to impeach a president.. or governor of a state.. But a local govt chairman. it is not possible.

a state governor or state house of rep have no power to sack him. Even the president have no power to sack him.

That power to sack is reserve in a Judge. That is why it is call the three arm of government. there will be no need for the third arm of govt. this is the function of Judges.

it is only the Judge the constitution gives the right to fire a local govt chairman over.

it is possible to impeach a president.. or governor of a state.. But a local govt chairman. it is not possible.

The funny thing about it is that I think the only reason why it is not possible to sack him is because someone forgot to include it, because those people are useless, if they forget to give them duties and powers it is not so unthinkable that they forgot to include conditions for impeachment.

Their offices were simply created and forgotten about, why they were created we still cannot be sure. Makes you wonder about our constitution, the people who crafted it and what they were smoking when they did....... I kinda sorta hope now that they get shafted by rabbid dogs.

Lord, what in Gods name does democracy have to do with impeachment?

Democracy has no definitions for Impeachment, democracy is simply a government elected by the people and everything else is up to the government so stop saying baseless things, it is a government by government decision what the circumstances and provisions for impeachment will be, for example:
