However the declining fortunes of Port Harcourt started after the administration of Rtd Fidelis Oyakhilome who was once a military administrator to the old Rivers State.Gov Amaechi is trying in terms development,his problems is empty head arrogance,pride and disrespect for elders;if he can change from these negative traits of his,he will definitely earn the respects and supports of all Rivers people,provided he work with the president
