after unlocking yah phone you need to install an app called sdk is just 65mb

The network + 3G only works with the sim selected for data in Mobile+Sim. If no Network still. Then you don't have 3G coverage for that Network.

Updating your device will def stop the restarting ish. Also check if you locked the phone to 3G
