Please I have been using my mtn line for long but each time I try borrowing it tells me I have to recharge 500 this month and be eligible to borrow the next, this has been happening since December last year and since then I have recharged more than 4000 worth airtime and yet no change. Wtf is wrong with mtn? I have N118 in my line but i always get a reply that "your call credit has being exausted and your call terminated" what kind of rubbish is this? I didnt subscribe for any fucccking service...i'v being trying to call my girl since morning but my efforts has bein abortive.....whats the matter? Mr JideSM, why is the 180 and 181 customer care numbers not working... i tried calling but there was no option to speak to the mtn agents.... is there any other number i contact to speak to an agent? |

Hello mr jide, i am currently having difficulties using my blackberry to browse and do oda tins even after doing BIS subscription ..been experiencing dis glitch since 3days ago..i have called customer care severally and dey kip tellin me d same tin, i have sent data on nd dome oda stuffs..still it wunt juat b active....however, i used anoda mtn sim..i was able to browse but cudnt get tru facebook twitter etc..i dont know if d problem is with my sim...help me out please |

I subscribed for the Goodybag bundle of 1000 Naira and my subscription expires in April. I've used up my airtime, how can I cancel it and subscribe to the bundle of 750? I initially sent 'Cancel' to 131 and got an acknowledegment sms, but the plan has not been cancelled and I'd like to switch to that of 750. Also, calling 180 does not present an option for me to speak to an agent. Regards |
