It's a self motivation exercise and nothing else so there is nothing wrong with GTB using such a module in their training school.

These Banks depend on patronage (one little drop of customer at a time!). Those people being abused are our family members, one way or the other.

I have personally shown this article to about five people and asked them to close their accounts in "any bank that abuse people emotionally" just because they are vulnerable and desperate for a job.
So far two of them have confirmed they have closed their account and moved fund to another bank.
The Account officer of a very "big one" is begging her furiously not to close her account as it will affect her up coming appraisal.
If we all "move together" (you might think your account is too small to make a dent but you are wrong!) ... and make a "strong statement", before you know it, they would get the message!

As big as British Airways was and still is, when they maltreated a Nigerian on board a few years back, we sent them a message and it "shook them" ... despite the fact that we almost had no better choice than to fly B.A. But hey, they got the message "loud and clear"!

Personally; i think this prostitution thing is over hyped. When you spend a lot of time someone; you naturally tend to bond with them. That's why it's not so uncommon to see some colleagues sharing secrets that they would not dare voice out in the home front.
