When a guy is in love and the love is reciprocated by the partner(lady) and there seems to be a lot of affection, attention, romance etc...When actually is the right time for the guy to ask the lady to marry him?

when u have enough money to spend on her cuz once u done ask her to marry u then ur bills done start bi that

when he can get those emotions. affection and romance outta his head. and look at other things that would wanna make him live with such a person for the rest of his life. plus when he is finnancially bouyant of maintaining a family himself.
