Well, I'll say Nairaland has a way of telling us. (Right now, I dey see errmmm.... I no go talk am ) @SqlMAster & @Ernike: Which way?? The right way oo! GoodMorning prospective colleagues 3 Likes |

sexyjob: Guys, which would you go for? Nigeria LNG or TOTAL? Kindly give your reasons.,No think am twice ooo .TOTAL all the way . NLNG is a nigerian comany. you are an executive civil servant .... thats all. Total is a multinational, you can work anywhere in the world if you like international travel. the career prospect of total is better . you can change job every three years. As a total staff you can still work with NLNG because there is a total gas subsidiary in total nigeria. The IOCs can sell their interest in NLNG at anytime, without them there is no NLNG . you never can tell . we see whats happening to the usan field. It's best you go with TOTAL. 1 Like |

Happy midweek hopefuls, Here is a little productive thinking exercise You are given a scenario in which shop floor workers in a factory have expressed low job satisfaction, and staff turnover is high. You are asked to generate as many ideas as you can of ways to increase staff morale within a limited budget. Throw in your best opinions!!! |

MaforBea: You know what Lng, I'm f*ckin sick and tired of waitin for your email to drop. So when you're ready, kindly shove that email up...In my correct email address.. Babe, calm down and concentrate on other things so that it doesn't weigh you down. NLNG GT recruitment from date of advert publication to resumption normally take about 15 to 18 months. Next month will make it 12 months or 1 yr, so roughly we have at least 4 to 5 months left . I pray ours will not take that long. Relax, NLNG will call us when they are ready for us. Shalom. |

MOBIL11:Hi all. There's no reason to be impatient. 15 wks elapsed btw the 1st and 2nd test so it could be worse. @ MOBIL11, I think regardless of when the advert is placed, resumption is always at the start of the year (pls correct me if I'm wrong) |

UpdateAll: Happy midweek hopefuls,Hmmmm... make i try!! 1. Identification of the Problem(s): I'm sure there will be other reasons for dissatisfaction. 2. Understands everyone's interest: What do they really want 'individually'? Because you have to work towards satisfying the needs of everyone. Through various forms of data collection. E.g Low Salary Scale, Non-Flexibility of Working time, Low rate of career progression, etc 3. List your options: Identify possible ways to meet their needs: 4. Evaluate your options: Advantages (To the Workers) and drawbacks (To the Company) 5. Pick and rule out options: Decide on what can be done and what cannot be done (For now or Never) 6. Document it / Formalize it. 7. Establish guidelines, contingencies, Feedback and Evaluation strategies. I nor too sabi o... Na d small wey i sabi be this>> 1 Like |
