I don't see the smear campaign here. Awolowo killed Igbo with his starvation and 20 pounds policy - many Igbos believe this. Whether you do or not in immaterial.

Now Anambra is an Igbo State and PDP and APGA are not Awolowo's party. Politicians will do whatever wins them the local votes.
