Abasstoheeb: Welcom back...nw dat evry1 hve finish with the exam...d nxt tinz is to pray 4 d admision list to be favour...bt i wanna ask a que dat was it 2ru dat d 1st list always by merit or by wat Dear brother, can 44% ever be merit? Folks with 44% got the so called merit/first admissions last year. I think Jamb scores count; cos those that have been candid enough to tell me abt UNILORIN have been saying sth similar. In the church, where I stayed, a brother told me "......plus the course you chose, just score 50 and you're in" however he was frank with the other applicants that we were both there. Then he went further to say sth similar to what's notorious here....That he was not even aiming for university admission and that the person that wanted to pull his polytechnic admission eventually helped him in getting UNILORIN's admission plus God on his side....... Actually, he didn't get the course he chose. He told me to focus on my PUTME (b4 moi exam) & get over what I must have heard about the sch. Actually, I couldn't until a guy told me that I was loaded (the following morning when we were revising).... Honestly, that was when I got my confidence back. I'll admonish you to tell elderly men around you. Some of them can help.... With God on our side, we shall pull through! Goodnight brother! |

EINSTEINPG: Have you actually taken your time to read the profile of our new education minister? He read mathematics/education and served as a maths teacher, principal and senior lecturer before his current stint in politics. To confirm this please do check him out on wikipedia. Although he was once an educationist, his long absence from the system has made him more of a Politician than a man fit for the Job. |

Gud day all, wishing all the muslim bro & sis hapi salah, For some1 dat said staylite r nt helping matter cocerning news of the skul, I think most of dem decided to keep mute,because is like truth is bita,and some pple here think maybe we r jst sayn stuff because we want pple to be scare but pls "shey if some1 has cancer and decided to be calling it headache because he knws cancer kill faster,does dat solve the problem? Its less dan a month now,when 1batch shall be release, some pple wil wish dey neva really on their high score by den, but I pray it wudnt be any of u guys, cos it might be late by den. Pray to see u all in beta by far comes october. Thanks |

Good evening all. I think this is my first time of commenting here and am ready to render any help as far as I could. Am a stalite in the department of mathematics. Though it might be difficult to predict UNILORIN admission because to be frank with you most people don't really know much about it. But the only thing I can say I have really observed is that your post utme scores matters a lot. Well I can't say if they really consider the Jamb and WAEC. UNILORIN as have been said thus far is an interesting and intriguing school. In the next one month I think admission should start rolling out. Catch you guys later. Hopefully we'll all discuss better |

Well the cut off mark differs according to different years. As at last two years I.e 2012/2013, the minimum jamb cut off was 200 and the post utme was 50. while last year I.e 2013/2014, the minimum jamb cut off was 180 and the post utme was 40. Now this year, the jamb cut off is 180. So the post utme cut off can't be guessed by me. 1 Like |
