Analysing the financial statement is not accurate. Yes, you will get the average salary per employee. But you forget that "average" does not provide the specific salaries of entry-level employees, middle-level employees, senior employees and the management. The average of anything provides a general result, not a specific one.

I was interviewed by d Finance Head, Kunle Adedigba. He did say we would b treated well during d training n dat itz gonna b a 8-week training. I didn't reply on his info cos according 2 him, we were suppose 2 b invited 4 d final interview exactly 2 weeks afta d executive interview. But he did mention going 2ru 2 year rotation job.

I am not trying 2 say dis isn't a risky negotiation. But basically, d ball is in their hands. Itz all abt whether u av sumtin else on d table or dis is all u av. But itz an executive trainee program, not just any training program.

Too many uncertainties. Note the salary I stated earlier is an idea. We don't have much confirmed info here. We could do some calls tho this morning and help ourselves out...

How can you ask an employee to sign a bond without providing the full details of the job eg renumeration, allowances, study leave, etc....He signs a bond before he knows what he's into? ? Hmmmm

I got a text message asking me τ̲̅ȍ text ticket τ̲̅ȍ a mail, i received a mail of frequently asked questions which has a topic on flight, salary etc i dont know if the ticket mail and this faq mail are related or send τ̲̅ȍ me as a result of that. This is so sudden! I was called yesterday for an interview with the MD at Abuja on Saturday 10am, and if picked, I'll resume training schl on Monday. my flight schedule is Friday evening. I'm yet to receive any mail concerning d flight. anybody else in my shoes?
