Seems you ain't a fan of MTK so i'll say Qualcomm snapdragon and a rocking MiUi interface, I give you, Xiaomi Hongomi 1s but then again considering the battery life of your Ex-nexus 7, I'd say THL 4400 now let's glide to Jiayu G4s for your corning gorilla glass, 2gb ram and unlike thy Ex-nexus 7, this has an SD card slot and a smashing 13MP camera ++++ don't get me started on its battery life. What say you?

PS : Am sorry for your loss, same happen to me 26-08-2014 but that's already a "story for the gods"...Also am restricted to your choice size of 4" hence i mentioned quite a few.
