I say this coz i have experienced this before! After two personality tests and an online assessment test plus more than a month waiting, Union Bank through Dragnet 'hitted me hard' (permit me to say it dis way) with a Regret mail. Ooooh, i felt so bad, i said to myself am dreaming, it can't be, i did well and expected to pass.

All in all i said to myself God knows best and Life goes on! Then to help me forget, i stopped following the Union Bank thread. Later, when the hurt subsided, i started revisiting the thread so as to knee

p abreast with the recruitment process incase of next time.

However, here i am today...i applied for the UAC Management Trainee program and got a SUCCESS TEXT MESSAGE & MAIL! Indeed Life goes on...Union Bank's Loss will be UAC's gain.

Your Success Mail is on the way ... just be cool

Repent of ur sins n ask God to take control of ur career path.
Don't give up on ur self u r d best in d world.
Attend Training / seminar also read motivational books
Improve ur network/Skills/Job hunt strategy
Take up any job whether d pay is good or not...work for exp n d pay will come later.
At the pointed time God will make u successful like me when u least expected it.
I pray to scale through d hurdles in this UACN recruitment process in Jesus name. Amen

eldega: To all those of us that got regret mails, remember its not the end of the world.......Never let the disappointment weigh u down, there are still many other options out there and what ever will be urs will definitely be urs...i was once in your shoe, wrote so many tests and interviews with both local and multinational companies...Got dropped at either one stage or the other of recruitment processes most especially getting to the final stages for GE,Cadbury,Unilever,NLNG,Shell,UBA,Diamond,KPMG,PWC,Standard chartered,Diamond and so many others i purposely erazed from my database.
During all this trying period, i do encourage myself with a small poem "GOOD.... BETTER.... BEST, I SHALL NOT REST UNTILL MY GOOD IS BETTER AND BEST"......lets just keep trying harder and our Good will surely become best in no time.


For some of us that got a success mail, remember its not the team that score firdt wins the match........Getting a success mail means its time to prepare really hard for the task ahead cos u never know what they want in you nor who you are competing with. Read all about recruitment processes and ask questions from those with experiences..make enquiries and get prepared for the task ahead.......I WISH ALL OF US SUCCESS IN WHATEVER WE ENGAGE IN

Ur tots can only be taken into consideration where Dragnet is mandated to recruit candidates, even at that, each successful candidate still hv to undergo a final interview wt the owners of the organization before final decision is taken.

If ur successful, u go to the next stage, ive done couple of Dragnet test and I was successful in most cases, where i get dropped is during interviews with the organization, and such cases I often recognize my mistakes. So its usually my fault not Dragnet.

If ur going to succeed, u must first accept ur failures, learn from them, re-strategize, and try again.

When u write the with the fake details u will need to cram the questions and provide solutions to them and then go and write for ur real details later or the next day.

And many other different wicked strategy. That is how most of these guys pass dragnet.

Yeah, recruitments its all about God's favour and no be by who know book pass (Most times, those that lack the requisite knowledge get all these lucrative jobs)......had to pick positives out of all those situations and that makes me stronger......i believed in myself, never relent on my effort and never let failure of one recruitment process weigh me down in trying all over again for another, i learnt from my failures in all those recruitments and am still learning..................Today, all those moments are history.

i lost my mail account i used in applying for uacn recruitment,i.e i can't access the mail again i have tried to put it back on but couldn't.i had to call workforce centre to get the applicant ID i used in writing the aptitude text.Now the result is out have been trying to get in touch with workforce centre,it seems all their customer care mobile contact is switch off.please can someone assist me with their mail address so as to ascertain my fate.
if you have an idea on how to get around this,i will gladly welcome it..thanks@all

am not talking bout u but dose who ve used it like....as for me.I always ryt ma exams with confidence. in d numerical I guess questions I know will kill ma tym.there will b always like 10 easy to calculate ones with some medium and time wasters(u really nid to guess and jump dese ones) also if ur very Gud in bar charts pie histogram etc and can do calculations quickly without calculayor.u ll ace it.after writing 3dragnets I figured out DAT most(not all)of Deir seemingly large figures can b easily broken down to make calculation easier.and there are short ways to solving some of dem.
