B. Asking your surveyor/architect/ builder ( who should have no links with your Lawyer) do a different search.


Note of warning.
Avoid using a surveyor recommended by your lawyer. They sometimes connive or depend on each other's report hence you may get a very wrong investigation report. Always source for a very professional surveyor independently. Don't be penny-wise pounds-foolish especially if you are buying in Lagos.

Of course we can have attic rooms here, I have seen some around, I know of one with small windows on the roof. If a building plan has an attic, we build it.

I so much love it and I hate seeing wood trusses and spaces being wasted.

A week maybe, never remove the bamboo supports till after a month.

Hi, Oga Spyder, pls can u share with us the quantity of roofing wood, I have a project just a bit bigger that this one, and am about roofing, the quotation seems high to as in the quantity of woods to buy, below is what my capenter gave.

The planned height of kind post is 18 ft (about 5.5m)

1. 30 pcs of 3X4 hard wood
2. 230 pcs of 2X4X18 hard wood
3. 200 pcs of 2x4x12
4. 450 pcs of 2x3x12 hardwood
5. 400 pcs of 2x3x12 semi hard wood,

am not sure why about 850 pcs of 2x3x12 semi hard and hardwood!!!!! pls i will appreciate ur advice.
