Some companies have HR personnels who conduct tests for them, that doesn't make them less or smaller than companies that hire dragnet and co...the cost of paying HR personnels monthly may even be higher than hiring dragnet and co..again, most companies hire dragnet and co when they hv a large number of applicants, and so may not hv an exam hall wch will contain them...

I'm not an Olam candidate but I want to help you with directions.
from Ijesha get to Oshodi then to Ikeja (along), cross the pedestrian bridge and ask for / get to under bridge. from there you'd find taxis going to GRA. inform the driver of Oduduwa. its about #150 from underbridge.
