ocman: You have that issue because you omitted "PUME-" when typing in the code. Don't type the numbers alone. use all, eg. PUME-1234567890

Spent 1k at d cyber cafe doing somethng dat I cud hav done wit my lappy.So angry. Thought it involved more process.

Had problm at 1st wen I tried registering without adding PUME (said invalid access code) but wen i put d PUME b4 d pin,it went thru. Just incase someone else is experiencing prob registering

you have to close that page entirely and restart again. if you keep refreshing the page, it won't refresh really. you will keep getting that message. close out that browser and re-launch again. You will go through. clicking F5 does not refreshing on that page.

Okay. But uhmm... if we are to consider other possible reasons for the message you're getting, since we're not yet sure beyond doubts that 2nd choice candidates are excluded, what would they be? I heard from someone that those who were found to have obtained more than one DE form were getting the same message.
