Whether you are just starting a new relationship, you are in the middle of one or the current one you are in has already run its course, it doesn’t harm you to learn to know if your partner is cheating on you. Perhaps you are wondering if that guy you are with has become somebody you used to know or that seemingly sweet angel of a girlfriend has revealed that her brightly painted nails are not just fingernails but claws and that the lipstick painted mouth hides fangs behind. Take a quick look at how you can be sure if your boyfriend or girlfriend is cheating you.

Your Gut Tells You So: The first step in determining if he/she is cheating is when you start to have that prickling sensation that there is someone else. Don’t underestimate that popular saying that says “there is no smoke without fire.” You should trust your instincts especially if you happen to be the type that is not overtly jealous or clingy.

Your Sex Life Changes: This part of the equation can be tricky so in using this to come to a conclusion you have to be very careful. If he/she suddenly wants less sex, it could be as a result of getting it from somewhere else. If he/she suddenly wants too much sex, it could be the sex drive has been increased by the presence of another person on the scene and lastly be wary when he/she suddenly has so many new styles to use. That could mean that there is now practice with another, however there could be other explanations for all these, so don’t make a hasty decision to conclude he/she is a cheater.

Cell Phone Habits: There is no faster way to know if someone is cheating than through their cell phone. If you pick his/her phone innocently to check the time and you see they get all upset and saying things like a phone is private, let you guard come up. If there are also many numbers saved on the phone without names, know something is fishy. Lastly if he/she is always nervous when the phone rings and has to take the call in private, don’t dull yourself.

Lying About Little Things: When your supposed boo lies about a lot of things and especially little inconsequential things, let your antenna start working. When they continue to lie, then you should know that they can’t be trusted and would definitely not be faithful in the long run.

No Sense of Guilt or Remorse: If you have a date that is really full of themselves and believe that they can’t be wrong, take this as a red flag of a cheater. When someone like that double dates, they won’t feel bad about it and even when you catch them at it, they will only tell you its part of the deal.

Less Attention: Definitely not the least sign that should tell you that your lover is cheating, if your partner starts paying less attention to you and seems to either be always busy or preoccupied with something else, it’s time to get moving or bring the issue out. His sudden lack of attention may be as a result of the third party in your relationship.

Do take note that these signs may not necessarily be that your partner is cheating but if they by chance exhibit more than two of these signs, you have cause to be alarmed because something is up. Save your relationships while you still can and if you feel it’s too late, you can walk away with your pride intact.
