zicoraads: I am very sorry if my statement sounded callous. I certainly know not each and every Nigerian schooling there is from a very rich family, and I never alluded to that in my post. My lil lil bro is also schooling in a higher institution abroad and I don't think we qualify to be termed as 'rich'. I know at least 4 people schooling there, and not a single one of them has a parent that has held a political position.

I do not agree with you. 80% of those schooling in Ukrain and all those countries are from average home who are struggling to survive, but felt going there will help their children. Check well our politicians and all the thieves normally go to the 'A' list countries #America,UK, Canada France etc.
