Goddex:
"This Mind44 is just becoming so. . . omg!!!

That is why he hurriedly moved this thread to homepage. In his mind, to "expose" Okonjo-Iweala.

See, that woman is not in the class of Mr Alade Lawal. Trust her, she will provide him detailed evidence on that.

Besides, Alade may be talking from the narrow perspective of Civil Service while excluding the billions of personnel cost in the Police, Army, Air Force, Navy, Civil Defence and other para-military forces since this group do not form part of his union.

Civil Servants partner with politicians to steal our commonwealth but will be quick to segregate their wagebill from that of politicians in times like this".

What are u actually trying to say bro? Ok, if the total number of core civil servants in the country is 100,000 as claimed by Mr Lawal, and over 800,000 as Madam Ngozi announced, ok either 100, 000 of Lawal or 800,000 of Ngozi + over 300,000 military personnel + over 300,000 police personnel + over 20,000 DSS + 100,000 customs + over 70,000 immigration + 200,000 NSCDC + 50,000 NPS + 20,000 NDLEA is now equal to 1.2m abi? Na wa for u o @Goddex, why can't u guys call a spade a spade?

Kossyne:

Public servants are not civil servants.

Civil servants work in core government ministries and they are usually appointed while public servants can be elected or appointed.
What then is your grouse?

The wage bill being referred to is that of the public service which includes some political office holders.

Did you not read the article?

I foresee the following occurances in Nigeria from now to the year 2020. (1) Revolution may take place. I foresee where the masses rise against the political class(Elites) and kill all of them. (2) more states will be created. (3) Some prominent Nigerians will escape during the revolution period and will never return to Nigeria. No body above 60 yrs will head any organisation in Nigeria after the revolution. (4) Most of our money looted by our leaders will be recovered during the deadly revolution. Pls let us pray for God to touch our leader to change for good before what I am foreseeing befall on all of them.
