Civil servants work in core government ministries and they are usually appointed while public servants can be elected or appointed.

I foresee the following occurances in Nigeria from now to the year 2020. (1) Revolution may take place. I foresee where the masses rise against the political class(Elites) and kill all of them. (2) more states will be created. (3) Some prominent Nigerians will escape during the revolution period and will never return to Nigeria. No body above 60 yrs will head any organisation in Nigeria after the revolution. (4) Most of our money looted by our leaders will be recovered during the deadly revolution.
