Ee discussed the issue of maintenance on the other thread. I believe that maintenance won't be a problem if the stadium is made the home ground of Akwa United.

Most of the stadia that have become dilapidated are stadia that arr not used regularly. The stadium will attract spectators and journalists if it is used every other week by Akwa United and they would embarrass/shame any government that fails to maintain it.
