Amnesty not needed a the matter.... crimes and wrongs are committed in the US just like any other country, but there are structures and institutions in place and these structures and institutions function very well.

The last matter in which a US killed a back guy, the case went to court. The guy was aqquited of first degree murder I think......

In Nigeria, police kill innocent citizens every other month and those cases never see the light of day.....they are swept under the carpet. And that is the fundamental difference.
