barcanista: APC didn't zone it to the North. I have never heard that they barred Southerners from aspiring. However, APC is not like PDP that plays politics of region, tribe and religion. PDP don't even keep to their zoning arrangement(that is their business). In APC everyone can aspire for any position without restriction.
