Lagos is the MOST POPULAR CITY IN NIGERIA and I won't even place Warri in top 10.

Here in Europe when you tell most Europeans you're from Nigeria the 1st place they ask of his Lagos. The few who know about Warri & PH are those who worked or are currently working with IOCs with operational bases in Niger-Delta.

The two cities are not in the same level for obvious reasons
