No its not reflection at all. The building stand normal and upside down at the same time.

You still dey nursery school? Water sorrounds the place na and the building dey reflect for inside the 'wata'.

Ur a proper Nigerian! Does have to look very expensive like what obtains here in Nigeria? That only explains the simple nature of the white people. Of course, they could have lavished the money on building the presidential villa but they chose to spend it on projects that will benefit the people.

The picture posted is not of that address.

There is no Presidential villa in the UK, the UK has got no President. The Queen resides in Buckingham palace, while the prime minister resides in No 10, Downing street. The prime minister has an official holiday home called The Chequers. I don't know which of these your picture represents.
