Six years ke? Those holes have been there as far back as when the barrack was built. I used to pass through those holes to my house when am coming back from school in the late 80s an early 90s

This particular hole has been there for some time now!! Even police men go in through there and I feel is better than having to go and turn to enter through the main entrance.

As at yesterday, it has been blocked with some blocks. But they are yet to put mortar. I will try and take pictures today while passing.
