This is 1 of the reasons why Nigeria can't have an effective bureau of intelligence and investigation. Our cops are compromised. Even their buildings are compromised and un-maintained. I'm sure something likely would be true about the SSS buildings too apart from the fact dat there are some corrupt(compromised) ones among them. |
