Go and check the stats ...how many Ghanaian local (not the obroni or returnee) can afford the boutiques at Accra Mall or Marina Mall? Have you visited any of these malls to see how scanty their boutiques are?

Ok lets say boutiques cannot be the yard stick to measure ...what about Shoprite? Only the high class visit there to shop. Others prefer the local markets. Makola market attracts more local shoppers than Accra Mall + Marina Mall put together
