Catlanta: Hi, I got notification of the arrival of my shipment on Tuesday the 31st of March, and a proxy picked up on my behalf on Thursday the 2nd of April. Unfortunately, 33 items out of 60 items shipped are missing. I have sent a mail to that effect, and I'm expecting a prompt response. |

Titan5g: Hello, We regret any inconvenience this delay must have caused you. Even as we try our best to ensure that you packages get delivered to you safely it is inevitable for unseen occurrences like this to occur. This is why we encourage our customers to insure their orders. Looking at the time that had passed on this order, I am afraid the package must have been lost in transit. However, if we find the package we will notify you. Once again we regret any inconvenience. Thank you. |

Ah!! And i was about buying a tablet from ebay hoping shippyme will assist me in bringing it here real fast. Am quite astonished by the complains here and on other sites. I have never used shippyme but i remember using circuit atlantic to ship a phone from ebay. It was meant to take 16 days but i got it in about a month. The joy of seeing it waived my anxiety. But for me to be expecting a product for upward of 3months as the complaints have revealed is a NO! NO! for me. Thank God i came here before clicking PAY! |

And that's it? He should just forget about his stuff? Let me ask you this, why not just make insurance compulsory. No airline asks you if you want insurance when you want to buy a ticket, they just add it to the fare. Making it optional will make some people opt out and at the end of the day their goods might not receive the care that will be given to insured packages. In my opinion, your company should at least refund shipping charges when you misplace a client's package. Afterall, the service was not rendered. Catlanta: 2 Likes |

Looks like it is easier to get answers here. Pease where is shipment S1504025474? The ETA is a few hours time but no update since it departed US more than one week ago. Customer service hardly replies emails and when Umar does it's unhelpful. Please give me reasonable information, not that I should wait till you have information from a carrier that I have no business with because I am tired of waiting endlessly. |

Don't worry. When the ship bringing it in gets to the port, the status will be updated. How else does one explain a package leaving the US and not getting to Nigeria in more than 10 days? Even a Ro-Ro ship from New Jersey for Lagos port spends around 14 days if it comes straight to Nigeria so why will an aircraft stay so long. The most annoying part is the management of the company either keeps the workers in the dark or the workers just refuse to be helpful. preciouschiomy: |
