Catlanta: Honestly, Sorry if this sound rude but this is the worst replies i have ever received from online service provider!!!. so you switched off your phone simply to satisfy your belief? Jesus Christ, you need to edit this post. so you keep your customers on holding for a whole 5 days because of your holidays? i can't believe this. How do you think people like GLO, ETISALAT, MTN, OIL COMPANIES, MISCROSOFT, SOCIAL NETWORKS Operates? perhaps they shut down their activities on Sunday right? Assuming you run a Hospital, will you allow people to die because of one freaking celebration? damn this No wonder people gives some negative experiences with your services. not that you guy are scammers but such rules can make someone to think such. Change the mentality of your company or you may regret this Do not add religion to your business or you kill it Remember the business you handle do not need any religious excuses Meanwhile i have sent tons of mails and willing to send more. i need feedback thanks |

Good day, We apologize for any inconvenience. However, the decision to observe the public holiday was not a question of religion. The public holiday was set by the Federal Government of Nigeria. Many businesses have observed these two working days as public holidays. Also, the holiday applied only to our operations at our Head Office of which customer care forms a part. Logistics, Package processing and other essential functions have continued without interruption and so packages were still being processed throughout the period. Your email will be attended to shortly. We'll have a customer care rep call you in the morning. Thank you. Johnpaul2k2: |

Good evening, the item was purchased on the same day that the order was placed. However, delivery has not been made to our US facility to enable processing and shipping of the item. We'll have the US team give us an ETA on when the item will be delivered by the vendor. Thank you. cuteposhy: |

Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by Catlanta: 8:33pm On Oct 07, 2014 |
Good evening. The costs will depend on the weight of the item. You can provide that here and we can do the calculations for you or you could use the "get a quick estimate" button on the Homepage of Shippyme.com and then enter the weight and any other options you may want. This will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you to your desired location. Thank you. Okattamgbee: |

I just received an update that my items are being prepared for shipping but I have to pay an outstanding balance of approximately 30,000... Come on guys did I tell you I'm related to goodluck jonathan? How can I pay that much to ship items I purchased for just 8,000? Mind you I have already paid approximately 15,000 to your account so why should I pay this much again? This is not my first international shopping and I have never been charged this much before so please you guys should ship my items for peace to reign. thanks |

When I first read the comments here I thought people were over reacting but the truth is...you people don't have a good customer relationship at all and it's too bad. I wonder why you don't respond to mails or why your numbers can't be accessed. |

Shippyme, for over a month after my items were delivered to you, you still have not delivered the Blackberry Q10 in booking S1408214274 to me. So, we can safely conclude that the item went missing while in your care. Can you please process a refund of an amount equivalent to the price of the item as stated in the booking? Thanks in anticipation. |

I have surfered enough frm this people.. my item worth over 300k is missing for over 2month now, they first ask me to send them total cost of these items which i did, they claim it doesnt tally with the one they have on there system, i went to there office and it was confirmed!! and email was sent that they are going to refund my money.. here is the email: Dear Oluyemi, We hope this meets you well. Having exhausted an extensive search for the whereabouts of your booking with reference number S1407076025 and having ascertained that the booking was indeed shipped, the management of Shippyme have resolved as follows; We hereby declare the referenced booking missing.
