As our military starts recording victories against the insurgents at the war front, these vile creatures will have no option but to resort to attacks like this and suicide bombing. They're now desperate. The intelligence community (DMI, SSS, etc) and the police should rise to the occasion. In cases like this instead of waiting for the army to respond because they're obviously being overstretched at this moment, our MOPOL should've been the first line of defence. RIP to the dead 2 Likes |

The truth about this Bokoharam issue is that some politicians are benefiting from it cos contract are changing hands. Though its a religious issue, but some high profile politician are sabotaging govt efforts and there's a big mole in the govt selling out some info to them. The Federal govt seems to be confused and scared of stepping on toes. Well, God bless and help Nigeria. Good day people. |

Poem for those who lost loved ones... “On the Death of Anne Brontë” by Charlotte Brontë( Source here) There’s little joy in life for me, And little terror in the grave; I’ve lived the parting hour to see Of one I would have died to save. Calmly to watch the failing breath, Wishing each sigh might be the last; Longing to see the shade of death O’er those belovèd features cast. The cloud, the stillness that must part The darling of my life from me; And then to thank God from my heart, To thank Him well and fervently; Although I knew that we had lost The hope and glory of our life; And now, benighted, tempest-tossed, Must bear alone the weary strife. |

oneeast: The north should maintain the spate of bombings and destruction of their land and economy so far as it does not affect us in our comfort here in Anambra! A school was bombed. A Federal college. So you can expect some Christians there. And religious inclination aside, those people are Kids, the children we all hope will come out and help to solve the massive issues of illiteracy and ignorance in the North. And here you are, rejoicing over the deaths of teenagers and youths! Curses be on you, accursed dolt! 21 Likes |

infinitty: kwankwaso and sanusi have determined to make kano state a terror state. Lets not forget so soon that it only in kano that we experienced about five different bomb blasts under 24 hours some time ago, all these blasts started shortly after sanusi became the emir of kano. Now kwankwaso is warming up to contest for presidency under APC platform. So that all part of Nigeria will be proned to bomb blast should he become the president(very impossible)how does all these add up? 2 Likes |

Akshow: Shey na like this we go de look?you are the only one making that assertion .... it is undeniable though that Boko Haram is predominantly northern in it's make up. That fact cannot be disputed. Now assigning that blame will not solve the problem, instead a lasting solution would be to tackle the issues that causes many northern people to join a terrorist organization like BH. Some of the main issues are poor education, low economic development and ineffective and corrupt leadership in the affected regions. Those regions then become a fertile recruitment ground for terrorist ideology. |

Akshow: Shey na like this we go de look? pls who are the members of those dreaded grps, the Northerners or the southernerers? it is better people stand on the truth o. We all know those who started terrorism in the country. we all know how they started and the kind of people they attacked at the beginning of their nonsense. Now that people previously defending them have started denying them they resorted to fighting back, thus they become the enemies within. I wonder how that kind of denial would end! what is happening is just exposing the conspiracy of the bigoted politicians and religious fundamentalists. they have started to deny their brothers previously supported. |

ndidibabe: You should pity all Nigerians because by the time these Morons finish bombing the north, they will also visit other parts of Nigeria. No way! If they successfully take over the north (which is most unlikely), Nigeria will disintegrate immediately. Once they step their feet into non-muslim zones or try to disrupt the oil supply, world powers will release their drones after them. Iraq is a typical example. By the way, a divided Nigeria will have the separate zones forming their own government and army. Plus powerful allies backing them. |
