Hotstepper: Peoples body differs. When I had my son, after 1 week, my tummy went back to being flat. My daughter will be 1 month tomorrow and my tummy became flat just a lil after 1 week. I do not anything and trust me I eat alot lol.because you a dancer,your body should always be fit,in short that's how it is for most dancers. |

Take it easy dear, it is a gratual process, it did not accumulate in a month so it will not dissolve in a month or two, take care of your baby and eat moderately and excises as much as you can every day o.k!!! |

Eat right. The temptation for anything that can go through the mouth is high during and after ya nine month course. Be disciplined. Fruits and vegetables shall be yr companions. Secondly, exercises. See yr doctor, get a fitness trainer and research as well for good exercises you can do. |

"Mothers, please what should I do to lose my belly fat? I had my baby two months ago via womanly delivery, but my tummy has not gone down to what it used to be. I am even gaining more weight and looking big. I need workable and effective methods to shed my weight and lose the excess fat. Please help o, do not pass me by...lol" I will advice you to take it easy especially if you are still breastfeeding your child, Lose weight gradually or it could have a negative effect on your health and you may nit have enough energy to take care of your 2 month old. Eat small portions over the course of your day. Be gentle on yourself when you excercise, you cant lose everything in one day, it took you nine months to gain it. You may not be getting enough sleep at night and all the stress may affect your milk production.Lastly, if you lose weight gradually, it stays lost. I wish you all the best |
