1) Tribalism/Ethnocentrism/nepotism

2) Corruption

3) religious intolerance

4) bad leadership/mediocrity

which do you think out of the lot if dealt with will at least fix 50% of Nigeria's problem

Nigeria's greatest problem is ethnicity and religious differences. Nigeria wasn't a christian country and neither did the orignal hausa people practice this kind of islam that was brought into the north by the Fulanis.
