METHODS TO UPGRADE QSAT FIRMWARE

UPGRADE OF FIRMWARE IN QSAT RECEIVER

1.Remove sim card b4 upgrading

2. is wise to use generator because any blackout in power supply render your iks qsat receiver dead on the spot

3.download precise firmware of the receiver into USB flash drive file usually end in .bin

4. insert USB flash to your iks receiver
on remote control
click menu button -
click upgrade
click USB/card upgrade
select the precise qsat firmware and click to start upgrading
after it completed your qsat receiver



BY ANDROID PHONE

HOW TO USE ANDRIOD PHONE TO UPGRADE FIRMWARE
IN QSAT RECEIVER
it safe to upgrade qsat firnware with andriod phone first
scan ur andriod phone with active anti virus to ensure that
there is no virus on the phone and on the sdcard
pls use fresh sdcard for easy identification and no
problem in the process of upgrading and ensure your
andriod phone is properly charge and stable battery
1.Remove sim card b4 upgrading

4.after downloading the qsat firware connect USB from ur

upgrading
after it completed your qsat receiver will reboot itself
5. now goto menu-setting-xcam-acamhd change active
to on
6. goto setting -ethernet config and click and change to
gprs goto to config and select ur sim network.
your qsat now working with the new firmware perfectly

HOW TO RE CONFIGURE YOUR QSAT FOR SIGNAL

menu- setting-Ethernet
config- click link type and change it to GPRS-click config
and select ur sim network-exit - goto installation-
antenna
setting on satellite choose eutelsat 36 e press ok then
move
to down to transponder n select 11747/27500/H press ok
then press ur blue button on remote to scan andchange manual scan
to
blind scan and press ok

NOTE :
if you have two dish and you don't know how to set up Pls don't try factory but if you have one no problem if you are a novice
You only do factory reset if your qsat is malfunction

Anyway...I had to call my technician for assistance and he was able to put me partially through on phone.

I got the channels (**tV) now...buh my decoder isn't still showing welcome to server..

My question: should my Sim be loaded with airtime alone?

Or with MB?

My Qsat 11g has been telling me "CAN NOT CONNECT TO SERVER, PLEASE TRY LATER" for months now. I've tried all my best but it'll only reach the stage on "network connection success". Pls can someone help me! because I can't even load my new 6 months avartacam code. Pls help

Sir you can't connect to server with expired account o?
Who sold the account to you? Ur seller suppose activate for you.
To activate ur qsat you must have xcam set up on your qsat to activate xcam set up goto menu then setting on ur remote press 1512 then xcam set up will be display

LOADING AVATERCAM ON QSAT IS VERY EASY
1. goto Menu on the remote- setting-XCAM Setup
2. click Xcam Setup, click AvtarcamHD
3. Turn Active Code On, Input the ten digits code
avatercam Account press Ok
4. Press the Red Active Button to Activate the avatercam
account code
you can now watch ur favorite channel
