Just like saying gotv and dstv aren't the same

Some channels are on Starsat and are not on Startimes and vice versa while Gotv channels are all on Dstv.
Eg Sabc 1,2,3 on Starsat only and Getv, Iroko plus on Startimes only.

Startimes is aimed at the Nigerian audience while Starsat is tailored towards Africa

that should be configuration because it's same position, you can use a strong decoder to scan first and see the list of channel you got if Startime is not among then just adjust your dish a little
