200 galz.lets bet. They won't More than 5
nanss:
Islamist militant group Boko Haram is in talks with the federal government to release
more than 200 girls abducted six months ago and negotiate a cease-fire to a deadly
insurgency that has claimed thousands of lives.
An adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan and a man calling himself the secretary-
general of Boko Haram told VOA Thursday that discussions are under way in Saudi
Arabia, aided by high level officials from Chad and Cameroon.
Boko Haram’s Danladi Ahmadu, who is in Saudi Arabia, said the girls are “in good
condition and unharmed.”
Ahmadu would not elaborate on the conditions under which the girls would be freed.
Riyadh is not involved in the negotiations.
On April 14, dozens of Boko Haram fighters stormed a secondary school in the remote
northeastern village of Chibok, kidnapping around 270 girls. Fifty-seven managed to
escape.
Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau later threatened to sell the remainder as slave
brides, vowing they would not be released until militant prisoners were freed from
jail.
President Goodluck Jonathan has been criticized at home and abroad for his slow
response to the kidnapping and for the inability of Nigerian troops to quell the
violence by the militants, seen as the biggest security threat to Africa’s top economy
and leading energy producer.

Negotiating with terrorists is not welcome in western countries and it should not be welcome here.
BUT IT IS WELCOME WHEN CHINA, FRANCE, ITALY, AMERICA AND BRITAIN SECRETLY PAID MONEY TO TERRORIST TO SET FREE THEIR CITIZEN? BUT WHEN IT COMES TO chibok girls is not acceptable, which mean if they turn to collateral damage it doesn't count, hence you see something to campaign against the government! WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO THINK!

Western countries have what it takes to fight terrorism and so don't need to negotiate with them. We don't av what it takes to fight them hence our girls have bn in captivity for 6months! It is all abt solving our problems. If negotiation will solve d question of terrorism in Nigeria then let's embrace it.

And if they don't, Oby Ezekwesili and her group as well as all APC members will keep shouting and blaming him for doing nothing.

All APC does is to blame others, they've not told us what they will do. They only tell us what PDP is doing wrong( which we know already) that's why any victory over boko haram annoys APC. It takes away their political weapon

You know I should knock you in the head..... Oh! I forgot, Did you read the news when Obama's administration exchanged five extremely dangerous Taliban prisoners in Guantanomo Bay for a captured US soldier named Bowe Bergdahl.. So even if it means negotiating with Boko Haram for the release of those girls, you wouldn't mind doing that for the sake of those poor girls right? Well, If you don't have that sympathy I do...

I have said it so many times that the issue of boko haram is closely linked to pdp presidential ticket. The plan was to cause so much chaos and destruction to make people shout and revolt against a gej nomination and to make the pdp convention primaries a hard one for gej to cross, but unfortunately gej secured the ticket without even going for the primaries. Now the politicians sponsoring boko haram knows the game is up and that they must join the wagon or get left behind ,the ceasefire been negotiated is for the group generals and foot soldiers .the real sponsors of this terror group are now busy campaigning nationwide for their political parties .the insurgency was just to make gej reelection impossible but as for now gej has the last laugh

go read the US soldier's creed before you conclude. you don't leave a fallen comrade, never. why didn't US negotiate for James foley and Steve sotloff, the two beheaded journalists?

what you don't know, ask, hence talking out of point

The US Government negotiated according to one of the White House briefings but it wasn't to be or rather the terms weren't agreed.

The family of James foley then lambasted the Government for not doing enough after the revelation.

BH is presently weak thanks to the nice work of the military. All these ceasefire negotiation ish are just schemes to buy them some more time whilst they regroup & rejuvenate their strength. Islamic terrorists never back down especially to what they consider an infidel-led government.

If you think BH will come out and say they are done with the cause, you're delusional.

I have no doubts in my mind that the gulf states of Saudi Arabia and Qatar are the financiers and trainers of Book Haram terrorists in Nigeria.

Isn't it odd that Saudi Arabia is the venue for negotiations.
These gulf Monarchies have clearly shown their filthy blood soaked hands in the rise of Isil and the mayhem they are causing in Iraq and Syria.

Saudi Arabia and Qatar are fast becoming a malignant Cancer and a clear threat to peace and harmony in the Islamic world, and to the globe in general.
