I always targeted A in all my courses and always felt like crying anytime I didn't make one.

I did 48 courses throughout my university days, had A in 34; B in 10; C in 2; and D in 2.

Had A in 71% of the courses I did.

48 courses Your department propectus is so lenient. Is your course less than 4years?
A student with no academic problem/place will register average of 9 courses per semester for the whole of 8 semester for 4 years course, that's more than 70 courses you know. Maybe that's why people say my course is tough, I represent Geology.

All through my university days, I had all the grades student can get from A-F (one first semeter F in practical physics and 2 E though), and I still finished with 4point and above.

Chatting with a friend and former coursemate also serving right now and he reminded me of the worst course we wrote during our final exam. It's called Multidisciplinary Case Study and it contains all the course we did from ND-1 to HND-2. Imagine every course you have learnt from year 1 to 4 combine together became a course. I swear people cry that day for inside exam hall.

Mechanical Engineering is not an easy course. Most technical courses people complain of here are offered by Mech. Dept. From Thermodynamics to fluid mechanics, mechanics of machines, Mechanical control systems and strenght of material.

But, i really don't expect any mech student to complain of Engineering drawing...if you know your way and practice well, its always an "A" course. The only mech Engr. drawing course i find tough was Assembly Drawing...where you will be asked to draw an exploded view of a component or the assembled view of an exploded component(you have to explode or assemble in your head). Mehn! I went through hell before i made B

Mine was Cold War Diplomacy,a great course that d incoherent lecturer turned to a plague,a core course for that matter.D 2nd nightmare was an elective- "Political Sociology",the lecturer was simply bad news.

Microbiology and biochemistry overlap in many areas, most especially in industrial aspect, molecular biology & genetics, biotechnology and microbial physiology. The sub-field you decide to specialise in determines how successful your plan will be. But I still recommend you start with microbiology.
