Baseless assumption !!. It was a pure business decision. There was no justification for Cement price to be more than N1000 anyway. This reduction has been long overdue.
The price may crash further when other cement producing coys respond.

Even, if it is sold for N1,400, don't you think it would be better than buying it for N1,800 or N2,000 they currently sell it.? How I wish I can return the last one that I bought for N1,800 from the seller few days ago (with style) before she gets to know about this new development. By the way, I would personally wait until other building materials prices (expecially, roofing) are equally slashed before I celebrate.
